GE Healthcare inks health system partnership

GE Healthcare and Pointcore, a healthcare management and shared services company, have partnered with OSF HealthCare in Peoria, Illinois, to improve clinical and operational efficiencies and standardise care delivery models. The collaboration aims to enhance patient outcomes and expand personalised care to a larger patient population. 

Specifically, the alliance will focus on advancing precision care in oncology by identifying opportunities for both clinical and technological advancements to streamline integrated cancer care at OSF HealthCare.

As part of the partnership, investments will be made in new technology systems, digital tools, and resources across various care areas, including nuclear medicine, oncology, and radiology. OSF HealthCare will also implement GE Healthcare's Digital Expert Access, featuring remote scanning capabilities on GE Healthcare Magnetic Resonance Imaging devices. 

This foundational alliance seeks to optimise healthcare technology management services and contribute to the advancement of integrated and personalised cancer care at OSF HealthCare.
