InfoBionic, a digital health company specialising in virtual telemetry and remote patient monitoring, has successfully closed its Series D financing round. This funding includes participation from Security International Investments (SII), Mayo Clinic, and Excel Venture Management.
The Series D funding will be used to expand domestically and internationally following the FDA approval of its MoMe ARC system, which enables virtual telemetry and remote wireless monitoring and detection of cardiac arrhythmias.
InfoBionic's MoMe ARC platform aims to remove barriers to virtual and remote diagnosis and decision-making. The MoMe ARC 4-in-1 monitor, a third-generation remote ECG monitoring device, pairs with a Bluetooth diagnostic 6-lead sensor. It aids physicians in diagnosing cardiac arrhythmias in patients requiring cardiac monitoring.
The platform offers the convenience of a patch-type sensor and the quality of a wire-based system, delivering real-time access to hospital telemetry-level data for rapid diagnosis. It is not intended for emergency medical response.
Stuart Long, CEO of InfoBionic, expressed pride in their role in advancing virtual telemetry for remote cardiac monitoring and highlighted the strong market traction of their MoMe Kardia system.
