Health data analytics company, Innovaccer, has unveiled a conversational assistant, as well as several other new solutions aimed at providers.
The artificial intelligence (AI) assistant, Sara, generates complex analytical insights about population health data delivered in a human-like response. The solution is designed for health executives and administrators to ask complex questions regarding their health system’s population and get immediate answers on various metrics. Innovaccer is also working on a Sara-type assistant for doctors and nurses, which would allow clinicians to ask questions about a patient's chart and receive rapid answers.
Innovaccer also unveiled five other solutions, to help providers improve clinical, financial, and operational performance metrics associated with value-based care delivery. The solutions include a customer relationship management product, a health equity analytics tool, software to improve discharge care planning, a tool that visualises dynamic markets, and software to enhance coding accuracy. All six solutions are powered by Innovaccer’s Data Activation Platform.
“I can’t think of a single health system, hospital, or individual provider that isn’t committed to improving the health outcomes of their community as a whole,” Abhinav Shashank, co-founder and CEO of Innovaccer, said in an announcement. “Every provider will tell you that they need better tools and technology to deliver the level of care and experiences that consumers are looking for today.”
