Maven Clinic has announced Onward, its inaugural annual industry summit focused on the future of women's and family health. The event will take place September 30 in New York City and bring together benefits leaders, health plan executives, clinicians and healthcare innovators to discuss emerging challenges and opportunities across fertility, maternity, menopause and other areas of women's healthcare.
The summit comes as employers and health plans face rising healthcare costs alongside significant changes in women's health benefits. Topics will include evolving IVF legislation and fertility coverage, new maternity reimbursement models, prenatal genomics, artificial intelligence, GLP-1 medications and the growing demand for measurable clinical outcomes. Maven designed Onward as a forum for organizations involved in purchasing, delivering and developing healthcare to share successful approaches and shape future benefits strategies.
Speakers and participants will include leaders from Bank of America and Pinterest, alongside healthcare companies such as Mirvie, Color Health and Juniper Genomics. Maven executives, clinicians and members will also participate to provide perspectives from across the care ecosystem. Actress and breast cancer advocate Olivia Munn will headline the event, drawing on her experience with breast cancer and advocacy around early detection and personalized risk assessment.
Sessions will examine how employers and health plans can respond to changing fertility policies, manage high-risk pregnancy costs and develop new maternity payment models. The program will also explore AI-enabled care and engagement, women's metabolic health and menopause, advances in personalized medicine and prenatal genomics, and approaches for measuring the clinical and financial impact of women's health benefits.
