Mira has partnered with smart ring maker ŌURA to give women a more comprehensive view of how hormonal changes affect their overall health and daily functioning. The integration allows users to see data from the Oura Ring—including sleep, readiness and temperature trends—directly alongside hormone measurements within the Mira app.
By combining these data streams, the collaboration aims to move beyond isolated health metrics and provide a more complete picture of how hormonal fluctuations influence factors such as energy levels, sleep quality and general wellbeing. Users who opt in can securely share their wearable data, ensuring control and privacy while enabling more meaningful insights.
The integrated platform is designed to support a range of health needs, including fertility tracking, menstrual cycle awareness, perimenopause and menopause management, and the identification of hormonal imbalances. By correlating lab-grade hormone data with continuous biometric signals, users can better understand patterns such as ovulation timing, sleep disruptions or fatigue linked to hormonal shifts, helping inform both personal decisions and clinical conversations.
The partnership reflects a broader push toward improving “body literacy” by connecting biological data with everyday health signals. Founded in 2015 and based in San Francisco, Mira focuses on data-driven hormonal health solutions, aiming to help women make informed decisions across different life stages, from menstruation through menopause. The integration is already available to Mira users.
