PaceMate announces collaboration with Alivecor to combine both cardiac platform technologies

PaceMate, a leading provider of cardiac remote monitoring solutions, announced a collaborative effort with AliveCor, a global leader in FDA-cleared personal electrocardiogram technology and remote patient management for the cardiovascular industry. This partnership aims to leverage the capabilities of both companies to improve clinical, operational, and financial outcomes in the field of cardiac care.

The collaboration will integrate PaceMate's cutting-edge cardiac remote monitoring platform, PaceMateLIV, with AliveCor's KardiaPro platform. By utilising the AI-enabled, medical-grade six-lead KardiaMobile 6L and single-lead KardiaMobile Card, healthcare providers can capture and assess ECG data. Through PaceMateLIVE, clinicians gain access to clinically relevant heart rhythm analyses and actionable reports, enabling them to monitor at-risk patients, detect underlying arrhythmias, including atrial fibrillation (AF), and enhance patient care and clinical outcomes. Furthermore, the integration allows healthcare providers to monitor heart failure risk factors, such as weight and blood pressure, in patients using AliveCor's Application Programmer Interface (API) with leading consumer health apps.

This partnership aims to improve clinical, operational, and financial efficiencies for healthcare organisations, enable informed clinical decision-making for practitioners, and deliver effective treatment for patients by providing complete information at every step of the diagnosis and device management process. Additionally, integrated solutions like PaceMateLIVE, with monitoring and electronic health record (EHR) integrations, facilitate seamless and secure sharing of ECG data, optimising physicians' workflows.
