KeyCare, a leading Epic-based virtual care provider, has entered into a partnership with Phelps Health to offer high-quality virtual care services to patients across Missouri. The collaboration aims to empower patients with convenient and timely access to licensed virtualists from anywhere in the US.

Through the Phelps Health MyChart patient portal, patients can now avail urgent care via virtual visits, creating a seamless care experience. The partnership ensures that virtual providers have complete access to Epic-based medical records, enhancing the consistency of patient care.

KeyCare's platform seamlessly integrates with Epic, enabling Phelps Health to optimise capacity and broaden their digital front door through a nationwide network of virtual care providers. This integration enhances access and efficiency, with virtual care workflows facilitating streamlined data sharing between Epic-based providers.
