The Valendo Health solution unfolds across three stages:
- Phase 1 involves collaborating with practices to enhance clinical capacity and patient services through telehealth and remote monitoring, fostering improved health outcomes and creating growth opportunities for practices.
- Phase 2 focuses on streamlining operations, reducing overhead costs, and increasing profitability by centralising administrative and clinical services while aggregating pertinent data.
- Phase 3 entails the creation and management of value-based specialty care contracts with payers and provider groups, incentivizing specialists to enhance care and decrease costs for the patient population.

A recent Valendo study indicates that patients under endocrinologist care experience a better quality of life, fewer complications, and reduced ER visits. Despite these proven benefits, less than 10% of Medicare beneficiaries with diabetes had access to endocrinologists last year.
