Virgin Pulse partners with AWS for health platform innovation

Virgin Pulse has announced a strategic collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to enhance its Homebase for Health® platform. 

This partnership aims to leverage AWS's cloud capabilities, including generative artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning, to provide a more innovative, personalised, and scalable health and well-being platform for Virgin Pulse's clients and members. 

The Homebase for Health® platform utilises a personalisation engine to generate actionable insights and predict individual health needs based on lifestyle and social determinants of health data. By partnering with AWS, Virgin Pulse seeks to accelerate predictive model development, streamline internal processes, enhance customer support with virtual agents, and expand enterprise business analytics to offer clients greater visibility into the impact of their health and well-being programs. 

This collaboration will help Virgin Pulse scale its services for a growing global client and member base, as well as ensure compliance with data residency and industry standards. The ultimate goal is to improve member engagement and deliver a more meaningful user experience within the health and well-being space.
