Vivos Therapeutics, SoundHealth Partner to Expand FDA-Cleared Allergy and Sleep Tech

Vivos Therapeutics and SoundHealth have announced a collaboration to expand awareness and access to AI-enabled, noninvasive airway and sleep health technologies. The partnership will leverage Vivos’ national network of more than 2,000 trained dentists and sleep healthcare providers, along with affiliated sleep testing centers, to distribute SoundHealth’s Sonu® platform, including the FDA-cleared Sonu® Band and the newly launched Spatial Sleep™ band. Vivos will act as a reseller of the devices across its provider network.

SoundHealth’s technologies use personalized vibro-acoustic neuromodulation to support clear nasal breathing and promote deeper, more restorative sleep. Both wearables generate customized therapy by creating a CT-accurate craniofacial model using a smartphone’s front-facing camera, allowing treatment to be tailored to each individual’s anatomy. Through the collaboration, Vivos will also gain access to SoundHealth’s facial scanning and voice biomarker technology, enabling enhanced screening, treatment, and ongoing monitoring of sleep and airway disorders across clinical settings.

The Sonu Band is the world’s first FDA-cleared, AI-enabled wearable clinically proven to treat nasal congestion from allergic and non-allergic rhinitis without medication or side effects, earning recognition as one of TIME’s Best Inventions of 2025. It has also been shown to improve CPAP adherence. The Spatial Sleep band uses personalized acoustic resonance therapy to support faster sleep onset and longer periods of deep sleep. SoundHealth’s platform combines facial anatomy and voice biomarkers to track airway health in real time, giving providers continuous insight into patient progress.

Both companies say the collaboration reflects a broader shift in the global sleep technology market—from passive monitoring to active airway intervention. With most sleep-disordered breathing cases still undiagnosed and untreated, the partners aim to position airway health as a foundational element of sleep, cardiovascular health, and overall wellness, while expanding access to drug-free, noninvasive therapies at scale.
