Healthcare company, Ypsomed, is partnering with S3 Connected Health to expand its digital health solutions.
The collaboration aims to create a platform that enables Ypsomed's biopharma customers to launch therapy-specific digital patient solutions quickly. This will enhance therapy management and improve treatment outcomes for individuals with acute and chronic diseases.
Ypsomed's connected injection devices, such as the SmartPilot for YpsoMate, are integrated into the platform, which is highly customisable for various disease areas and use cases. The platform, powered by S3 Connected Health's Affinial Platform, includes patient applications, clinical systems, a Patient Support Portal (PSP portal), and an analytical dashboard with real-time access to anonymised data.
The offering focuses on self-injection, engagement, and personalisation to meet users' needs and will be marketed through Ypsomed in collaboration with S3 Connected Health.
