It also offers omnichannel access to healthcare data, including provider search tools and insights throughout the healthcare journey. It seeks to improve price transparency and benefits navigation, reducing inefficiencies in healthcare consumption.
The goal is to lower plan spending for employers while empowering members to take control of their healthcare for better outcomes.
