Integrating Oncology Digital Health with Health Systems Workflows

About this Meeting

Small, intimate and participant-led discussions tackling digital health challenges. Spaces are limited to 8 - 12 people, allowing you to focus on quality in-depth conversations.

Oncology services have changed in recent years from the way cancer is diagnosed to how treatment is being delivered. Through digitalization, many healthcare settings have transitioned from paper-heavy workflows to streamlined, integrated, and effective processes.

In the journey towards the digital transformation of oncology care pathways and services, digital health tools emerged some years ago. These solutions have proven to improve the management of oncology patients, leading to better outcomes and more holistic care pathways. However, integrating these solutions with health systems workflows is very challenging for digital vendors. How can we do that in a consistent way? Join this session to know more about:

  • How to show the value to healthcare providers and convince them to invest time and resources on your product?
  • What processes within the health systems need to change to allow the integration of digital health in oncology?
  • Changing hospital protocols can help to improve adoption, but where to start?
  • The workload and the overwhelming amount of information from digital health solutions can be a hassle to HCPs. How to make sure providers will only receive relevant alerts?
  • Each hospital and health system has their own workflows and protocols, making scalability very difficult. How can we build strategies for efficient scalability across different health systems? How to make sure the digital health tool will be easily and efficiently integrated with every workflow?
  • Physicians are used to a specific EHR system. Adding an extra platform will make adoption harder, especially in oncology where so many different professionals are involved. How can we create unified patient records? How can digital health solutions be embedded in those?

We would like to remind you that our meetings are small and intimate sessions with a limited number of seats available, therefore we rely on your attendance and participation to ensure a high quality and valuable meeting for all. If you are confirmed for this meeting we ask if you can please ensure your attendance on the day.
