About this Meeting

The future of digital medical education

Join us at 10.30 am EDT

A recent survey of medical students published on JMIR showed that 53,2% perceived their Digital Health skills and knowledge as poor or very poor. This gap presents as a huge challenge for companies in the digital health space as physicians’ lack of digital health knowledge can slow down adoption. Considering doctors usually feel overwhelmed with the vast amount of educational initiatives, alerts and prompts they are presented with, how do we make room for digital health education? How can digital health, pharma and medtech companies successfully engage HCPs in digital health education? What is the role for the NEJMs and Lancets of the world in digital CME and med ed? Does this need to begin at university so medical students can be nurtured early? Join this meeting to discuss the future of digital medical education and its impact on digital health adoption.
