HLTH’s Market Connect (MC) is a curated matchmaking program designed to facilitate strategic business interactions between vetted healthcare buyers (including providers, payers, pharma, employers, and government) and sponsors.
Through 15-minute, 1:1 meetings, this program creates valuable ROI by connecting participants in a highly efficient way.
Market Connect operates on a double opt-in matchmaking system, meaning both parties must accept a meeting request for it to be scheduled. Participants set up their own meetings using our proprietary platform, allowing for a personalized experience and ensuring meetings are scheduled before the event.
Program Schedule
All Market Connect meetings must take place in the Market Connect Lounge on the Show Floor in booth #128 during the following time slots (Pacific Daylight Time): Dates are subject to change*
The Market Connect Platform launches on September 22nd, 2025. Login credentials and instructions will be sent via email to designated Program Reps. Please check your spam folder on launch day if you don’t see your invite.
Each participant has full control over their availability and should open as many time slots as possible in the matchmaking platform to maximize opportunities. To secure valuable connections, Program Reps must actively send and accept meeting invitations.

All primary sponsor contacts receive access to the HLTH Sponsor Onboarding Portal to submit important deliverables based on their sponsorships. The information collected (i.e. company description, product categories, etc.) will be used to create your company’s profile on the Market Connect Platform. This information is used to help MC participants decide if they want to meet with your company in this Program.
Who is a Program Rep?
A Program Rep is a person from your company who will request, accept, and attend 1:1 meetings with qualified buyers in the Market Connect Lounge at booth #128. We recommend assigning senior-level individuals to this role, as they will be meeting with senior-level buyers. Your Program Reps must be registered for the HLTH event with a paid or complimentary pass before they can be assigned.
The number of Program Reps you designate is dependent on the number of meetings your company has purchased, and is as follows:
We strongly discourage too many participants from the same company in the platform and the guidelines above are based on our experience and proven methodology.
How to Assign Your Program Rep(s)
By September 17th, the primary sponsor contact must designate at least one Program Rep for the Market Connect Program through the platform.

Information about Participants in the Market Connect Program is confidential and must not be:
Violations will result in immediate removal from the program with no refund and disqualification from future participation.
To comply with privacy regulations, participant contact details will not be shared after the event. We strongly recommend that whomever is taking a meeting should exchange contact information before the 15 minute onsite meeting concludes.
Regardless of the total number of meeting requests received, you will not be able to schedule more than the number of meetings purchased. Once your Market Connect meeting schedule reaches capacity, you will see a red square alert at the top of your matchmaking dashboard. If a participant tries to accept a meeting with you, the system will indicate that your schedule is full and the meeting cannot be scheduled. You may purchase additional meetings by emailing [email protected] or speaking with your account manager directly. The deadline to purchase additional meetings is October 14th.
All Senior Executives attending meetings are encouraged to conduct themselves professionally and comply with HLTH’s Market Connect Program Guidelines:
Meetings operate on a double opt-in model and depend on calendar availability, so we cannot guarantee that all purchased meetings will be scheduled. To maximize your chances, sponsors should send at least 4 times as many meeting requests as purchased, starting from the program launch until the final day of the Market Connect Program at HLTH.
Unfulfilled meetings may be eligible for credit towards a future event, subject to HLTH’s review during the post-event audit. Credit transfers are at HLTH’s discretion and depend on platform activity. Additionally, credit transfers will not be considered for contracts entered into after October 2nd, 2025.
To request a credit transfer, email [email protected] within 30 days after HLTH 2025. Requests will not be processed after November 22, 2025. Any HLTH 2025 credits must be applied and used for a future sponsorship at one of the following events: ViVE 2026, HLTH Europe 2026, or HLTH 2026.
After HLTH, all participants will be invited to share feedback on their participation in the Program.
