Why Attend

Why should I attend HLTH USA?

HLTH USA is healthcare’s largest innovation event, bringing together 12,250+ attendees, 4,400+ C-suite executives, and 950+ sponsors and exhibitors across four days in Las Vegas. If your work touches care delivery, health policy, AI, digital health, pharma, payer strategy, employer benefits, or healthcare investment, this is where the decisions get made. HLTH USA 2026 takes place November 15–18 at The Venetian Expo.

Yes, attendees cite the density of senior decision-makers, 8,500+ pre-scheduled 1:1 meetings, and main-stage access to CEOs from organizations including Kaiser Permanente, Cleveland Clinic, Centene, Microsoft, and Google Cloud as the reasons they return. The four-day format compresses what would otherwise take a year of separate travel into one trip.

Yes. HLTH USA is designed for first-time attendees to find their footing quickly: the event app launches two weeks before the event with AI-powered networking recommendations, the agenda is organized into clear focus areas and persona tracks, and curated programs like Market Connect and Investor Connect remove the cold-outreach burden. Many first-timers find the highest-value sessions are the smaller track sessions and pavilion programming, not just the main stage.

Your pass includes access to hundreds of speakers across every major healthcare focus area, curated 1:1 matchmaking through Market Connect and Investor Connect, daily breakfast and lunch, all evening receptions, wellness activities, the show floor, and on-demand access to all session recordings post-event.

Frame it around outcomes: meetings with named buyers, investors, or partners through Market Connect; access to 950+ exhibiting solution providers in one place; and intelligence on AI, regulatory shifts, and care-model innovation that would take months to gather otherwise. Group rates are available for five or more attendees, and HLTH publishes an Impact Report and a Bring Your Team page with ROI talking points.

HLTH is built around the convergence of healthcare and innovation across the full ecosystem, providers, payers, pharma, employers, investors, startups, government, and clinicians, in one room. The format is closer to a flagship tech conference than a traditional trade show, with curated matchmaking, consumer-grade production, and a cultural tone designed to spark real conversations.

HLTH USA is among the largest healthcare innovation events in the world, with 12,250+ attendees, 4,400+ C-suite leaders, 950+ exhibitors, and 150+ media outlets at the 2025 event. It brings together the broadest mix of providers, payers, pharma, employers, investors, startups, and clinicians of any single annual healthcare event.

HLTH is committed to making the event accessible to individuals and organizations driving healthcare forward on the front lines. Our new tiered pricing structure ensures that clinicians, healthcare providers, payers, employers, government employees, non-profit professionals, startups, and investors can attend at reduced or complimentary rates, while commercial attendees (solution providers and vendors) are priced to reflect the business development value they receive.

Choose the category that best describes your primary professional role. If you work at a health system, hospital, payer, or employer organization and are not attending for commercial purposes, the Healthcare Provider, Payer & Employer Executive rate applies. If you are a practicing clinician, select the Clinician rate. If you represent a company offering products, services, or technology solutions, register as a Solution Provider. Use the filters on the registration page to find the right fit, and contact info@hlth.com if you need guidance.

For discounted registration categories (Clinicians, Healthcare Provider/Payer/Employer Executives, Startups, Government, and Non-Profit), all registrations are subject to eligibility verification. After you register and pay, HLTH will review your information within 3 business days to confirm you qualify for the discounted rate.

If HLTH determines that your role or organization does not qualify for the discounted ticket type you selected, you will be notified within 3 business days. At that point, you may choose to: (1) pay the price difference to upgrade to the appropriate ticket type (e.g., Solution Provider), or (2) cancel your registration, subject to a $150 processing fee. The $150 processing fee applies in cases where there is a clear misalignment between the individual’s role and the registration category selected. Our tiered pricing structure exists to ensure that HLTH can accommodate a diverse set of individuals from across the healthcare ecosystem, from clinicians and public servants to startups and non-profit leaders, so that the people driving healthcare innovation forward can participate alongside those building solutions. Accurate registration helps us preserve these rates for the communities they are intended to support.

These are two separate policies. The $150 eligibility reclassification fee applies only if your registration does not pass verification due to a misalignment between your role, organization, or reason for attending and the ticket category selected. In this case, you may either upgrade to the correct ticket type and pay the price difference, or choose not to proceed and receive a refund minus the $150 processing fee.

HLTH does not offer general cancellations or refunds once a registration is confirmed. However, if you can no longer attend, you may transfer your pass to another individual. All transferred registrations are subject to eligibility verification, and the new attendee must qualify for the selected ticket category or pay any applicable price difference.

The Clinician rate is reserved for actively practicing or employed clinical professionals, including physicians (MD, DO), nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered nurses, licensed pharmacists, therapists, allied health professionals, clinical faculty with active care responsibilities, and medical directors or CMOs in clinical roles at healthcare delivery organizations. This rate does not apply to CMOs or medical officers working at technology companies, and those individuals should register as Solution Providers. Consultants, solution providers, and commercial executives should also register as Solution Providers.

This rate is designed for professionals whose primary role is to advance care delivery, health policy, population health, or health outcomes. Qualifying individuals include executives, administrators, and operational leaders at health systems, hospitals, integrated delivery networks, ambulatory care organizations, virtual care organizations, physician groups, and other provider organizations. It also applies to professionals at health insurance companies, managed care organizations, Medicare and Medicaid plans, self-insured employers, employer coalitions, benefits administrators, and other payer organizations. Executives from pharmaceutical and life sciences organizations may also apply and will be reviewed through the standard eligibility verification process. This rate is intended for individuals who are attending to learn, collaborate, and drive innovation in healthcare, not to sell or promote commercial products or services. If your primary role involves business development, sales, marketing, or representing a technology vendor, please register as a Solution Provider.

The Solution Provider & Vendor rate applies to any individual attending HLTH USA on behalf of a company or organization that offers products, services, or technology solutions to the healthcare industry. This includes employees of health IT and digital health companies, electronic health record (EHR) vendors, medical device manufacturers, SaaS and platform companies, data and analytics providers, cybersecurity firms, cloud infrastructure and hosting providers, telehealth and virtual care companies, revenue cycle and billing companies, consulting firms (including management, strategy, and IT consulting), staffing and workforce solution providers, PR and marketing agencies, advertising firms, communications companies, law firms and legal services providers, real estate and facilities companies serving healthcare, group purchasing organizations (GPOs), and any other commercial entity providing goods or services to the healthcare sector. This rate also applies to individuals attending for business development, sales, partnership, or sponsorship purposes, regardless of their organization type. If your primary reason for attending is to promote, sell, demo, or establish commercial relationships, this is the appropriate registration category. We recognize that the Solution Provider rate is higher than other registration categories. This pricing structure is intentional: it allows HLTH to offer reduced rates to clinicians, healthcare providers, payers, government employees, non-profit professionals, startups, and other decision-makers across the healthcare ecosystem who may not have the resources to attend at a higher price point. By making the event more accessible to these groups, we ensure Solution Providers can connect with a diverse, high-quality audience of healthcare leaders and buyers shaping the industry’s future. Solution Providers and Vendors may also want to consider sponsoring the event, which includes All-Access tickets as part of every sponsorship package. Sponsorship offers additional visibility and engagement opportunities beyond standard registration. Contact the HLTH team or visit the sponsorship page for more details.

The Startup rate is available to individuals who are founders or operators at early-stage health tech or digital health companies. To qualify, the company you work for must have been founded less than 4 years ago, have raised less than $8 million USD in total funding, and be actively building a product or solution. This rate is intended for product-focused startup operators and is not available to individuals working at accelerators, incubators, agencies, consulting firms, law firms, or service providers. Advisors, board members, and non-operating executives are also not eligible.

Government rates are available to active employees of federal, state, local, or tribal government agencies in the United States, as well as employees of foreign government organizations. U.S. registrants must have a valid .gov or .mil email address and may be asked to show government employee or military ID. Foreign government applicants are welcome to apply and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Acceptable forms of verification include a government-issued employee ID or badge, a letter of employment on official government letterhead, or registration using a recognized government email domain (e.g., .gov.uk, .gc.ca). This rate is not valid for government contractors, consultants, vendors, or employees of government-funded or government-sponsored organizations and universities.

The Non-Profit rate is available to professionals currently employed by non-profit organizations with verifiable 501(c)(3) status, state-funded universities, academic medical centers, research institutions, and public or community-based organizations not engaged in commercial services. Consultants, vendors, and for-profit subsidiaries of non-profits should register as Solution Providers.

Qualified investors, including venture capitalists, private equity professionals, banks,  angel investors, institutional and corporate venture arms, family offices, and strategic investment teams, register at the same rate as Healthcare Provider, Payer & Employer Executives ($1,995 to $3,395). Investor registration includes full event access plus exclusive investor-only perks such as Investor Connect, closed-door briefings, and curated matchmaking sessions.

Market Connect is HLTH’s hosted buyer program that facilitates curated 1:1 meetings between qualified buyers (senior decision-makers from health systems, payers, providers, employers, government, or investment organizations) and solution providers. Participation is free for qualified buyers and requires completing an intake form and committing to a minimum number of pre-scheduled meetings. All meetings are curated based on your interests and needs.

Media and Influencer passes are complimentary and require an application. Media passes are available to accredited journalists, editors, reporters, producers, and content creators covering healthcare. Influencer passes are for digital health creators with an engaged audience who agree to produce a minimum number of posts before, during, or after the event. PR firms, agencies, and brand marketers should register as Solution Providers.

If you are unsure whether you qualify for a particular registration category, email info@hlth.com. The HLTH team is happy to help you find the right registration type before you complete your purchase.

Speaker Applications

How do I apply to be a speaker for HLTH?

Speaker applications have officially closed for HLTH USA 2026, but you can find additional information on the Become a Speaker Page

When you submit a proposal, you will receive an automated email with a confirmation. If you received this, the Content Team has your proposal in hand and will be in contact as soon as a decision has been made regarding your submission. Please note that this process takes several months, so we ask for your patience and to limit the number of follow-up inquiries.

All speakers will be notified by August.

After an initial call with the content team, confirmed speakers will receive an onboarding email with complete details for next steps. Any additional speaker logistic questions (e.g. confirming date and time of session, submitting bio and headshot, etc.) can be submitted to content@hlth.com.

Confirmed Speakers (Your Presentation)

If I need the date and time of my presentation, where can I find this information?

Speakers can email the content team at content@hlth.com for details of their speaking engagement.

Please email the content team at content@hlth.com if you are unclear on your speaking engagement.

Yes, your interviewer or moderator will be connected with you 1-2 months in advance of the event to schedule time to discuss the session. The HLTH content team will organize a prep call that includes all panelists and the moderator to review the discussion format and specific topics the panel plans to cover. If you are doing a standalone presentation, the content team will share all logistical details by email 1–2 months prior to the event and are available for a prep call with you if necessary.

All presentations are due in the week leading up to HLTH and must be uploaded to our presentation management system. Details on how to upload your presentation will be sent to all speakers 4 weeks prior to the event.

Track speakers will not have formal rehearsals, but speakers are able to review their presentations in the Speaker Lounge at any time. Main Stage speakers will have pre-scheduled rehearsals.

Our AV team will have a variety of microphones available for you to choose from and will work with our speakers to find the best option.

To stay on schedule, if a speaker goes over the allocated time of their presentation, there will be a warning sound played and the microphone will be cut off. Given the complexity of our program we cannot make any exceptions. There is also a large red timer downstage that only the speakers will be able to see in order to keep on time.

Yes.

Yes. There will be confidence monitors placed on the floor in front of the stage.

We highly recommend that you run your presentation off of the computers that we provide (PCs and Macs are available) since all presentations are preloaded into our presentation management system. However if necessary, we will have connections available in the rooms to accommodate you running the presentation from your own computer.

There will be a large timer placed on the floor that will count down your time.

For Main Stage sessions, a pre-recorded “Voice of God” will introduce the speakers to the stage. For track sessions, all speakers take the stage together and it is up to the moderator and speakers how they want to handle the introductions. This will be discussed on the prep call. There will be a caricature holding slide displayed throughout the sessions with the speakers’ names/titles/companies.

We are anticipating 250+ attendees in each of the tracks.
