HLTH USA 2025 Media Village

Media Village

The Media Village is a dedicated space on the HLTH USA show floor that serves as the central hub for journalists to work, connect, and capture stories throughout the event.

Designed with the needs of media professionals in mind, it features a comfortable lounge area, open workstations, private interview and podcast booths, high-speed Wi-Fi, ample power outlets, and light refreshments to keep you fueled while you report.

Things to Know:

  • Only one (1) supporting staff member may enter the Media Village with the executive being interviewed.
  • Space in the Media Village is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Securing an appropriate location within the Media Village for interviews is your responsibility.

Interviews

  • All submissions will be reviewed to ensure the content is new and has not been previously published or reported.
  • Approved announcements will be shared with registered media two weeks prior to HLTH 2025 and promoted daily throughout the event to maximize visibility.
  • A select number of participants will be invited to present their announcement live on the Announcement Stage at HLTH 2025.
  • There is no fee to submit an announcement.
  • HLTH reserves the right to decline submissions containing outdated or previously circulated news. Please ensure your announcement is both timely and accurate before submission.
