Applications are open and ready for your submissions. The program will award ten finalists and three winners for innovations that include digital health tools, technology-enabled health programs and data projects designed to reduce health disparities or inequities. Solutions can be patient-, consumer-, or provider-facing.
Submit your case study by Friday, May 29, 2026 at 8:00 PM EDT.
Ten finalists will receive a complimentary ticket to HLTH USA (Nov. 15-18, Las Vegas) and package bringing visibility to their work that includes: recognition at an award reception at HLTH; exposure to healthcare leaders and HLTH Foundation’s techquity advisors, publication of their project in HLTH Foundation’s Techquity Case Study Database, and more. Three winners will receive an additional package that includes a panel speaking slot in a winners session at HLTH USA, and more.
Any organization, anywhere can submit an eligible project. Past winners include health systems, community based organizations, payers, digital health and tech companies, national nonprofits and startups. See here to learn more and apply.
