About this Session:
Meet Haner Hernández, who was incarcerated for possession of a controlled substance in his 20s and then turned his life around to help others in the throes of addiction. A PhD, Dr. Hernandez is an expert in delivering addiction counseling and clinical supervision to professionals in the field. He has served as a consultant to a number of local and state health departments with a focus on disparities, building health equity, addiction treatment, and recovery support services.
