While not necessarily intentional, the way healthcare is structured today tends to exclude people of color, who have waged a generations-long battle against systemic racism, from equitable access to quality care. This session will explore the role that health systems, payers, and other healthcare organizations have to play in challenging these inequities and why doing so isn?t only morally right, but strategically savvy.
