About this Session:
Suicide is a serious public health problem that affects communities everywhere. While suicide can affect all Americans, it has a disproportionate impact on the Veteran community. This is why VA launched Mission Daybreak, a $20 million grand challenge calling on innovators to develop solutions to reduce Veteran suicides. In this session, attendees will meet the winning teams and learn how our nation's largest integrated healthcare system provided both funding and non-monetary resources –– including synthetic data, research, mentorship, educational webinars, and partnership opportunities –– to address VA’s top clinical priority and a top priority of the Biden-Harris Administration.
