As the leading national voice for Community Health Centers, the largest primary care network serving 32.5 patients in rural, urban, suburban and frontier communities, NACHC will collaborate with HLTH, Inc, through science, education, policy, and practice to inspire new ideas, drive innovation, connect leaders and advance equity across the healthcare system. The partnership will establish a collaborative framework to exchange ideas and content at domestic conferences and ensure that the healthcare industry is informed by the practitioners, patients and communities working within the safety net.
