
In the rapidly advancing field of medical imaging, the integration of foundational AI technologies is set to revolutionize patient care and clinical operations. This educational talk will provide insights into the innovative use of versatile, generalist AI models that adapt to new tasks and medical imaging modalities with minimal labeled data. Traditionally, AI integration in healthcare required costly and complex model retraining. In contrast, Foundational Models are large-scale neural networks that, after initial pre-training, can be reused and fine-tuned for various tasks.
