But they're not leaving because they’ve stopped caring—they're leaving because they feel unseen, unsupported, and stuck. Drawing on new research from Indeed, this session reveals the most overlooked drivers of retention, the persistent gap between employer assumptions and worker reality, and why fixing it starts with how we listen. If we want to transform care, we have to transform the experience of those delivering it.
