Keynote: Women's health

Today's women face a number of disadvantages in healthcare, from a lack of funding and research into female diseases to drugs and devices being tested and designed for the male anatomy. The experience of care provided in this unequal healthcare system is leaving women feeling sidelined and inadequately supported. It’s time to confront women’s health head-on and give it the focus it needs. Chronically under-researched and underfunded with significant impacts on half the world's population, it’s time to give women's health the focus it needs. Join MSD, the Women's Brain Foundation, the UK women’s health ambassador and Kearney on our main stage where they’ll be tackling the key barriers to advancing women’s health. Together, they will explore a wide range of critical issues, including how to diagnose and treat women differently where needed, from neurological conditions to mental health and chronic diseases, to move the discussion on women’s health.
