In silico drug development has been around since the tail end of the 1980s, and whilst it's always shown great promise, it hasn't yet hit the heights it could.But in the last two years, investment in the sector has risen as backers across Europe, the US and Asia have looked at the lab space crisis and the cost of physical development, and given in silico the backing it needs.After so many years, is now the time for in silico to boom?
