Building the Digital Transformation Plane while Flying

Since the beginning of sweeping electronic health records (EHRs) adoption around 12 years ago, IT leaders have been living on the bullet train of change - telemedicine, wearables, mHealth apps, AI and machine learning, robotic process automation, big data and analytics, just to name a few. Digital transformation is rapid, complex, and constantly evolving; peppered with a high degree of unpredictability and potential instability, arising from innovation, economic shifts, disruption, regulations, and societal changes.
