The pandemic brought about rapid changes to vaccine development, but the impact and staying power of these changes has been variable. The COVID-19 Prevention Network (CoPVN) succeeded through approaches to inclusivity in treatment and prevention strategies such as a community engagement strategy, shared features of trial design and a centralized registry for data on participants interested in COVID-19 trials. Learn how this success helped launch a volunteer registry for the next generation of COVID-19 vaccine trials as well as a recruitment platform to accelerate and increase representativeness in HIV clinical research.
