About this Session:
Last Fall, the Department of Veterans Affairs announced a pledge signed by 13 health systems to develop a framework to allow VA and community providers to securely exchange information to assist in the care of Veterans receiving treatment inside and outside VA. This session will discuss planned use cases, the progress made so far, and how health care systems looking to better serve the nation?s Veterans can get involved.
