About this Session:
Community Health Centers (CHCs) are the cornerstone of quality healthcare delivery in the United States, serving up to 52 million patients annually across urban, rural, and frontier communities. This session, featuring a dynamic panel of leaders will provide a foundational overview of community health centers and how innovation, technology and strategic partnerships have shaped the path of community health centers as Partners of Choice and vital leaders in innovative care design. Digital health tools to gather and share data and enhance care delivery are where opportunities exist for meaningful collaboration with technology vendors and health systems. Attendees will gain insight into how CHCs balance operational realities with the pursuit of digital transformation—and why they are indispensable allies for advancing care for all and innovation.
