Explore the operational differences between Predictive AI and Generative AI in healthcare. This interactive session will guide clinicians and health system executives through the people, processes, and systems needed to monitor each AI type, highlighting how monitoring stacks differ by tool and provide critical insights to developers on how their solutions are deployed.
During the session, attendees will take a quick 5-minute readiness assessment, benchmark their organizations, and discuss where governance structures need to evolve. Participants will leave with a targeted governance map and maturity score, identifying which controls must be built or strengthened to sustain AI performance in clinical use.
