Inviting your colleagues or other professionals in your industry to your HealthXL meetings can be a powerful way to forge new connections or to help influence your stakeholders.
Introducing ‘Invite’ to help you connect and grow your community and business.
This new feature allows you to invite both existing HealthXL members and those in your network who are not yet members to attend the meetings that you have been accepted for.
To invite someone to a meeting you are already accepted for:
Click your name on the top right corner of the header, and then click on Settings.
Then click the My Meetings tab.
Under Your Upcoming Meetings, select the meeting you want to invite someone to and click on Invite.
You can invite both HealthXL members and non-members:
To invite an existing HealthXL member, just type in their name into the search, select their name and click on Invite.
or
To invite a non-member, share a meeting link with them. This can be a great way to involve a stakeholder you’re looking to persuade or a peer in your network that you think could really add to the conversation.
It’s really that simple!
Smart Tip: You can also see what Meetings other members are going to from the Members page and you can apply to those meetings too!
