Cancer care company Jasper Health partners with Covet Health
Jasper Health, a digital oncology platform, is teaming up with Covet Health, a third-party administration platform focused on employers, to extend its cancer care support services to members of Covet Health. Jasper Health's unique approach combines digital and human-led cancer care services, including care navigation, data insights, remote patient monitoring, cancer care coaches, and a patient support community. These services, originating from the New York-based cancer-focused company, will now be accessible to employers and caregivers through Covet Health's platform. Covet Health's platform offers care navigation, digital plan administration, and wellness initiatives.
Adam Pellegrini, Jasper Health's co-founder and CEO, expressed excitement about the collaboration, emphasising the exceptional level of assistance and direction it will provide to employees throughout their cancer journey. Pellegrini noted that this partnership harmonises with Jasper Health's mission to equip employees with both psychosocial support and digital planning tools, empowering them to make well-informed choices regarding their cancer care.
Jasper Health is part of Redesign Health's portfolio of 40 companies, a firm that fosters, launches, and secures funding for various healthcare startups. Adam Pellegrini, with an extensive background in digital health, previously held significant positions at CVS Health, Walgreens, Microsoft, and Fitbit. In a Series A funding round led by General Catalyst, Jasper Health secured $25 million last year.
Earlier this year, Jasper Health revealed its cancer care support platform's integration with Wellnecity, a healthcare platform serving self-insured employers and benefits advisors. Through Jasper's platform, Wellnecity members gain access to personalised guidance, psychological coaching, and innovative digital planning tools, further expanding the reach of Jasper Health's cancer care support services.
