Castlight Health Adds Noom Programs To Navigation Platform

Castlight Health will now offer Noom’s weight-loss and metabolic health programs directly through its healthcare navigation platform, allowing employers to purchase Noom as an integrated part of their benefits ecosystem. Both companies say the partnership is designed to boost engagement—one of the biggest challenges in employer-sponsored digital health programs. Noom’s chief commercial officer Cody Fair noted that even the best tools fail without enrollment, and praised Castlight’s ability to drive member participation and guide users to the right programs at the right time.

Castlight provides digital and human-led navigation for employers, health plans, and consultants, enabling organizations to add solutions that fit their populations’ needs. Noom works with similar stakeholders, offering a suite of psychology-based programs—including Noom Weight, Noom Diabetes, Noom Diabetes Prevention, and Noom Med, which includes GLP-1 prescribing through Noom clinicians following proprietary protocols. Castlight leaders said Noom’s consumer-centric approach complements the navigation platform’s engagement strengths and fills a gap for employers seeking guidance on GLP-1 management.

Beginning in Q1 2026, Noom’s full metabolic suite will be accessible within the Castlight app. Members will receive prompts to engage with Noom’s programs, while employers can set incentives for completing activities aligned with weight-management goals. Behind the scenes, the companies are expanding bi-directional data sharing to give employers better insight into engagement and outcomes, enabling more personalized program matching and reward strategies. Both organizations describe the partnership as a major win for employers navigating rising obesity and GLP-1 demand.
