Digital health company raises $26.5M

Better Life Partners, a virtual company specialising in substance use disorder treatment, recently secured an impressive $26.5 million in series B funding. Operating in Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Vermont, the company intends to utilise this fresh capital infusion to bolster its technological infrastructure and extend its services into new markets, as outlined in a blog post published on August 29 by Better Life.

Since its establishment in 2018, Better Life has successfully amassed a total of $38 million in funding. In the latest series B funding round, the charge was led jointly by aMoon, a prominent medtech venture fund, and F-Prime Capital, a pre-existing investor in the company.

Yair Schindel, MD, co-founder, and managing partner of aMoon, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, "Better Life Partners is achieving tangible results through an innovative health tech model that is not only effective but also highly scalable and disruptive in its approach. Their unwavering commitment to combating addiction with such a distinctive strategy aligns seamlessly with our vision of expediting solutions for some of the world's most pressing health challenges."
