The Consumer Electronics Show (CES), the world’s largest annual consumer technology trade show, concluded in Las Vegas on 8th January 2023. The annual event was attended by 100,000 people, including digital health developers, investors and buyers.
Industry manufacturers, advertisers and tech-minded consumers converged to get a taste of new innovations and tech coming to the market in the new year.
Digital health was integrated into smart home devices that track daily activities alongside room temperature, lights and visitors at the front door; as well as in electronic games and home entertainment platforms.
Virtual and augmented reality (VR and AR) were featured prominently along with AI and robotics. Remote monitoring tools and platforms made their presence known in wearables that track a wide range of vital signs and activities and the aforementioned smart home technology.
A few of the prominent products launched were U-Scan by Withings, Evie by Movano Health, Anura app by NuraLogix, HP Hearing PROs by Nuheara among many others.
CES 2023 brought more digital health innovations and brands to the global stage, showing how rapidly the market is growing. Innovations included digital therapeutics, mental wellness, women’s health tech and telemedicine.
