DoseSpot and Arrive Health have formally merged to create Interra Health, a healthcare technology company focused on embedding prescription price transparency into electronic prescribing workflows. The transaction is backed by Bain Capital Tech Opportunities as majority owner, with PSG, Providence, and UPMC Enterprises retaining minority stakes.
The newly formed entity combines Arrive Health’s network of approximately 700,000 providers with DoseSpot’s 100,000 prescribers, serving roughly 800,000 prescribers in total. The company reports that it is already profitable, growing at approximately 40% annually, and projects revenue exceeding $100 million in 2026.
Interra Health’s core objective is to address what it characterizes as the “black box” of prescription pricing. By embedding real-time affordability data, coverage details, and pharmacy alternatives directly into the electronic prescribing (ePrescribing) workflow, the company aims to provide actionable cost information at the point of care. The approach is designed to help clinicians and patients evaluate medication options before prescriptions are finalized, potentially reducing cost-related barriers and prescription abandonment.
Leadership of the new organization will transition to former DoseSpot CEO Josh Weiner, who will serve as Chief Executive Officer of Interra Health. Former Arrive Health CEO Kyle Kiser will move into a board member and senior advisor role.
“Medication affordability is too often a complex journey for patients and providers,” said Kyle Kiser, Senior Advisor and Board Member at Interra Health. “Interra Health provides the technology infrastructure that brings affordability insights forward, giving patients clear information and meaningful choice at the right moment.”
The merger reflects continued consolidation within the digital prescribing and health IT market, as stakeholders seek integrated solutions that align clinical decision-making with real-time benefit and pricing data. By unifying prescribing infrastructure with affordability transparency tools, Interra Health positions itself at the intersection of provider workflow integration and cost visibility.
