Eleos Health and Kipu Health partner for AI-powered insights in behavioural health

Kipu Health and Eleos Health have announced a strategic partnership aimed at revolutionising the capabilities of behavioural health providers. The collaboration involves integrating Eleos Health's voice-based Natural Language Understanding (NLU) technology into Kipu's Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platform. The primary objective is to simplify the documentation and clinical analysis of patient sessions for behavioural health professionals, automating these processes and providing valuable insights to inform evidence-based care decisions. This move aligns with Kipu's commitment to creating an interoperable environment that integrates advanced technologies to enhance the lives of providers and improve patient care across more than 1,600 facilities.

Eleos Health's CareOps Automation platform, known for its seamless integration with existing EMRs, telehealth tools, and provider workflows, has demonstrated significant impact. The platform has been shown to reduce documentation time by 50%, increase the utilisation of evidence-based treatments by 36%, and achieve three to four times better symptom reduction compared to traditional treatment methods. Alon Joffe, CEO of Eleos Health, emphasised the partnership's goal of alleviating provider burnout stemming from administrative tasks in the behavioural health sector, offering widespread support, and delivering valuable insights to enhance the overall quality of patient care.

Already yielding positive results, the collaboration has garnered praise from Andrea Boorse, Manager of Clinical Integration for All Points North. Boorse highlighted the seamless integration of Eleos Health's AI into the note-taking process, resulting in faster documentation, increased authorisation time, and improved workflow for clinicians.

This partnership is significant in addressing challenges faced by behavioural health providers and underscores the shared mission of both companies to deliver personalised and impactful patient care.
