Eleos Health Raises $60M Series C to Scale AI-Powered Mental Health Solutions

Eleos Health, a leading provider of AI-powered behavioral health solutions, has secured $60 million in Series C funding to advance its mission of transforming mental healthcare delivery. The investment round, led by Greenfield Partners, brings the company's total funding to over $120 million and includes support from both existing investors and new strategic partners.

The funding round saw participation from established investors F-Prime Capital, Eight Roads, Menlo Ventures, and ION, alongside new contributors including the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, Union Tech Ventures, and Centerstone. This diverse investor base reflects growing confidence in Eleos's approach to behavioral healthcare innovation.

With the new capital, Eleos is positioning itself to address critical gaps in behavioral healthcare, particularly in substance use disorder (SUD) treatment centers. The company is targeting the $11 billion post-acute behavioral healthcare market, a sector that has traditionally seen limited technological investment.

Alongside the funding announcement, Eleos has introduced Eleos Compliance, a sophisticated clinical documentation improvement product. This new solution leverages agentic AI to provide real-time review of progress notes, helping organizations prevent documentation errors that could result in financial penalties or payment recovery actions.

"From day one, Eleos has been committed to empowering clinicians — not replacing them — and expanding their capacity," said Alon Joffe, Co-Founder and CEO of Eleos. "By building on our agents for clinical documentation and patient engagement, our new Compliance product is the next step in our mission to free up clinicians' time and energy to focus on care rather than administrative bottlenecks."

The company's growth trajectory has been remarkable, with revenue tripling annually in its first three years and doubling in 2024. Eleos currently serves over 120 healthcare organizations across more than 30 states, making it the most extensively deployed AI platform in the behavioral health sector.

The Series C funding will support further development of Eleos's AI technology, expansion of its product offerings, and growth of its commercial team. This investment positions the company to continue its mission of streamlining administrative processes and improving access to mental health services while maintaining its focus on supporting rather than replacing clinical expertise.
