Fellow Health, a male reproductive health company, has raised $24 million in a Series B funding round led by 5AM Ventures, with participation from The Forest Road Company. This latest round complements the company’s previous Series A financing and follow-on funding, bringing its total capital raised to $48 million. Fellow Health specializes in mail-in semen analysis, vasectomy tests, and cryopreservation, partnering with over 1,800 clinical practices and processing more than 400 patient samples daily through its CLIA-certified laboratory. The company’s diagnostics lab combines mail-in testing with peer-reviewed clinical performance, delivering clinically valid results within two business days of receiving a specimen.
The new funding will be used to expand mail-in semen analysis services, fertility and post-vasectomy testing, and to grow its network of clinical partners. Brian Hogan, CEO of Fellow Health, emphasized the importance of accessible male reproductive health, noting the company’s goal to deliver over 40% year-over-year revenue growth and achieve profitability in its fertility segment by 2026. The investment is expected to help scale this vision and support both patients and providers with modern, effective tools.
In the broader men’s fertility market, other players include Posterity Health, which raised $13 million in a Series A round led by Georgetown Equity Partners earlier this year, and has partnered with Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drug Company to provide access to medications for infertility, sexual dysfunction, and low testosterone. Additionally, virtual care company Ro acquired male fertility startup Dadi in 2022 and subsequently launched the Ro Sperm Kit, a home sample collection kit available through its brands Modern Fertility and Roman, as part of its expanding reproductive health portfolio.
