Innovaccer Achieves Databricks Built on Validation to Scale Enterprise Healthcare AI

Innovaccer Inc. has attained Built on Validated Partner status with Databricks, formalizing its production use of Databricks’ lakehouse architecture and machine learning capabilities within the Gravity platform. The validation confirms Gravity’s deployment of Databricks SQL, Managed MLflow, and Delta Lake as part of Innovaccer’s Autonomous Healthcare Platform.

Gravity is designed to provide healthcare-specific infrastructure, incorporating pre-built clinical and payer data models, standard ontologies including SNOMED, ICD, LOINC, CPT, and RxNorm, proprietary predictive models, and embedded clinical knowledge bases. By integrating Databricks’ data transformation, analytics, ML lifecycle management, and model deployment tools, the platform is structured to allow enterprise teams to focus on AI development and operational use cases rather than foundational data engineering.

“Built on validation reflects tangible technical alignment and joint intent,” said Abhinav Shashank, cofounder and CEO of Innovaccer. “Gravity is designed to meet healthcare organizations where they are and take them where they need to go. Databricks strengthens the AI and ML capabilities at the heart of that—from pipeline development to model deployment, so our customers can focus on outcomes, not infrastructure.”

Through the collaboration, Innovaccer and Databricks aim to support joint customers in several core areas:

  • Enabling lakehouse-based data foundations using Delta Lake to support scalable analytics and AI across multi-source healthcare environments.

  • Delivering production-grade data transformation and analytics workflows through Databricks SQL and Spark Declarative Pipelines embedded in Gravity.

  • Supporting governed ML lifecycle management with Managed MLflow to ensure auditability, validation, and explainability aligned with clinical and regulatory requirements.

“Databricks built on partners deliver differentiated solutions by leveraging the Databricks platform,” said Aaron Zavora, Global Healthcare GTM Leader, Databricks. “We are pleased to welcome Innovaccer as a Validated Built on Partner and support their work leveraging Databricks lakehouse architecture and ML capabilities within Gravity for enterprise healthcare workloads.”

The announcement reflects continued alignment between the two companies to expand enterprise-ready AI infrastructure for healthcare organizations. Innovaccer’s Healthcare Intelligence Platform is used by health systems, payers, and government entities to unify enterprise data, automate administrative workflows, and strengthen operational performance. The Databricks validation positions Gravity to further embed agentic AI capabilities into production healthcare environments at scale.
