Health data analytics company Innovaccer has introduced a suite of healthcare AI products called "Sara for Healthcare." This suite consists of four solutions: One for answering questions posed by healthcare executives about business metrics, one for automating care planning and documentation, one for generating clinical visit summaries, and one for streamlining workflows at contact centres.
The suite builds upon Innovaccer's earlier AI tool, now referred to as "Sara for Insights," which allows executives to ask complex questions about patients or members and receive immediate answers on clinical, financial, or operational metrics.
The suite also includes "Sara for Care Management," which assists care coordinators with visit planning and documentation; "Sara for Point of Care," designed to automate clinicians' documentation processes; and "Sara for Experience Center," which automates tasks for healthcare contact centre agents.
Innovaccer's approach differentiates itself by focusing on affordability and being extensively trained on healthcare concepts. The AI suite aims to provide accessible and valuable solutions for healthcare executives, care coordinators, clinicians, and contact center agents, addressing various aspects of the healthcare industry.
