Isaac Health, a brain health and dementia care platform, has partnered with Oregon-based Atrio Health Plans to expand access to cognitive care for members of Atrio’s Medicare Advantage plans. Through this collaboration, members experiencing cognitive issues or diagnosed with dementia can access Isaac Health’s digital platform for specialist diagnosis, treatment, and long-term care management. Caregivers will also receive personalized support, training, and guidance, while members can schedule an initial visit with a care coordinator within days of requesting care.
Julius Bruch, CEO and cofounder of Isaac Health, said the partnership aligns with the company’s mission to make specialist cognitive care more accessible, particularly for people in remote areas like many parts of Oregon.
This collaboration follows Isaac Health’s recent $10.5 million Series A funding round, led by Flare Capital Partners with participation from Industry Ventures and Black Opal Ventures, bringing its total funding to $16.3 million. The company is using these funds to enhance its virtual care technology, AI-enabled early detection tools, and data analytics capabilities, while expanding partnerships with health plans and systems. In October, Isaac Health also joined LillyDirect, Eli Lilly’s direct-to-consumer digital health platform, to make expert cognitive care more widely available and reduce wait times for treatment.
