Judi Health Selects CLEAR to Strengthen Secure and Interoperable Benefits Access

Judi Health has partnered with CLEAR to integrate secure identity verification into its enterprise health benefits platform, aiming to improve interoperability and streamline access to healthcare services. Through the collaboration, CLEAR’s identity platform, CLEAR1, will be embedded into Judi’s infrastructure to support secure patient identification and simplify how individuals access and manage healthcare benefits across medical, pharmacy, dental and vision services. The integration is designed to reduce manual verification processes and eliminate repetitive intake procedures that often create friction across healthcare systems.

By combining CLEAR’s identity technology with Judi’s unified benefits platform, the companies aim to enable real-time eligibility checks, prior authorizations, coverage verification and greater transparency around healthcare costs. The partnership also supports broader interoperability efforts by helping patients securely access and share health information across providers, systems and applications. CLEAR’s technology is already used within major health systems and the Medicare App Library as part of initiatives focused on reducing administrative burden and modernizing patient access.

For Judi Health, which supports millions of health plan members and pharmacy benefit lives, the partnership reflects a broader push toward building more connected and consumer-friendly healthcare infrastructure. The company says secure identity management is becoming increasingly important as health benefits administration expands across commercial, Medicare and Medicaid markets. More broadly, the collaboration highlights growing industry focus on digital identity, interoperability and reducing inefficiencies that can slow care access and complicate the patient experience.
