KCM+AI builds upon the foundation laid by Klick Comment Moderator (KCM), originally introduced in 2015 for brand safety in the highly regulated life sciences industry.
The new KCM+AI marks the next generation of its predecessor, providing real-time and round-the-clock pharmacovigilance protection with over 95% accuracy. The AI-powered tool automatically flags and hides comments for moderation, offering significant advancements in efficiency. Klick Health aims to empower community managers by allowing them to focus on higher-level work, such as social strategy and addressing complex brand-related inquiries, while KCM+AI handles comment moderation. Currently supported on Meta (Instagram and Facebook), the platform plans to extend its coverage to additional social platforms in the near future.
