Luma Health has launched Spark, a multi-model AI engine aimed at solving key operational challenges for healthcare providers. Spark powers two new tools in Luma’s Patient Success Platform™: Navigator, a voice AI concierge that automates 95% of call center tasks, and Fax Transform, which uses AI to streamline manual fax processing. These innovations target common pain points such as high call volumes and delays in care.


The San Francisco-based company serves over 600 health systems, orchestrating the care journeys of more than 100 million patients across the U.S. With deep EHR integration and advanced AI models, Spark enhances efficiency in appointment scheduling, medication refills, and referral processing. For instance, the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences saved 98 hours of manual call time in a single month using Navigator.
