Lupin Digital Health (LDH), an evidence-based digital therapeutics platform, has announced its plan to expand to 33 cities within the next three to four months, as stated by CEO Sidharth Srinivasan.
"We have already reached out to cardiologists in 21 cities and aim to cover 80 percent of them by September. Digital therapeutics provides a comprehensive report on the patient's condition, enabling well-informed decision-making," Srinivasan shared in an interaction with BusinessLine.
LDH, a subsidiary of Lupin, recently launched its digital therapeutics platform called Lyfe, which focuses on heart care and aims to reduce the risk of heart attacks while improving the quality of life for cardiac patients.
According to LDH, around 400 doctors have signed up to recommend the Lyfe care program to those in need, and 60 percent of them have already recommended it to their patients.
The Lyfe care program operates on a subscription basis, with an annual fee ranging from ₹6,000 to ₹25,000, depending on the level of customised care opted for by the patient. To access the program, patients need to download the Lyfe application on their smart devices.
