Ovum Health and IBM partner to tackle infertility with AI

Fertility care provider Ovum Health has partnered with IBM to enhance its web and mobile app-based chat and scheduling solution with AI. 

Ovum Health's platform offers personalised support for family-building solutions and healthy pregnancies. They integrated IBM Watsonx Assistant into their platform, known as FertilityAnswers Bot, to provide users with answers to fertility-related questions vetted by healthcare experts. 

This collaboration aims to scale the platform's capabilities while maintaining a caring and empathetic approach. 

Ovum Health continues to work with IBM to develop further AI-powered solutions, supported by the IBM Build Fund. IBM's presence in healthcare, including the NHS, is expanding.
