PathAI has expanded its PathExplore platform, an AI-powered pathology tool, by adding six new oncology indications, bringing the total to 14 cancer types.
This expansion strengthens PathExplore's position as a leading tool for characterising the tumour microenvironment (TME) from H&E-stained whole-slide images. The TME, a complex ecosystem surrounding tumours, holds potential for identifying therapeutic targets, but traditional analysis methods struggle to capture its intricacies.
PathExplore addresses this challenge by leveraging AI to analyse H&E-stained WSIs, providing researchers with a detailed picture of the TME and empowering them to identify biomarkers, predict treatment responses, and develop targeted therapies. The expanded platform covers a broader spectrum of cancers, accelerating the discovery of insights and personalised treatment options.
Since its launch, PathExplore has established itself as a trusted ally in cancer research, with over 50 partnerships and contributions to over 50 publications and presentations. The platform is revolutionising cancer research and treatment by unlocking the secrets of the TME and providing actionable insights for more effective treatments.
