Pulse Health launches Google Analytics 4 Integration to better support the life science industry

Pulse Health, a prominent provider of cloud-based technology and services catering to the life science sector, has revealed the successful integration of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) into its Pulse Engagement Cloud. This new feature is readily available to all of Pulse Health's clients.

The Google Analytics 4 Integration provided by Pulse Health offers users a more comprehensive understanding of how the brand's non-personal messaging impacts healthcare professionals, thereby enhancing insights and visibility into visitor interactions. This integration highlights Pulse Health's ongoing commitment to delivering a robust array of integrations, whether specifically focused on the pharmaceutical industry or encompassing broader technologies.

Ryan Alovis, the CEO of Pulse Health, stated, "With the launch of GA4, our life science clients will have a deeper understanding of how their audience is engaging and with what content. As always, we'll continue powering their HCP messaging via email, SMS, banners, all while providing even more visibility to their overall traffic data. There is a CRM blind spot when it comes to the emerging biotech, or small to mid-size pharma companies, and we want them to know that we're purpose-built to help them grow."

Pulse Health is renowned for being the sole omnichannel platform that is primarily focused on the life science sector, emphasising NPI-driven integrations, high-quality HCP and patient data, along with built-in customer support to facilitate campaign execution and monitoring. The platform has demonstrated its effectiveness in increasing script lift, as evidenced by a recent third-party impact review that indicated Pulse's contribution to a 15% boost in scripts written for one of their brands. The company remains dedicated to providing effective solutions to an industry plagued with inefficiencies, including disparate data sources, reliance on multiple single-feature industry generic platforms, inadequate client support, or difficulties accessing real-time actionable data.

In addition to the GA4 integration, Pulse Health has recently introduced its collaboration with Smarty Streets, enabling pharma partners to validate over 160 million USPS addresses along with over 15 million non-postal addresses. This integration, available via the Pulse Engagement Cloud, empowers customers with real-time hygiene capabilities, ensuring the highest quality database and optimising tactic delivery.
